Completing the colour adjustments

Extracting Line Art: Clip Studio Paint & SAI

Layer menu > Luminance to Transparency

Note:

Select the Layer menu > New Layer > Paper to create a new paper layer over the transparent blueprint.
Extracting Line Art: Photoshop
